My Story
I am a mom of three, a lover of dogs, but most importantly I am a follower of Jesus. I have always had a heart for serving others as the Bible teaches us “to love each other as he first loved us.” Like most people, I made mistakes growing up, but I had people in my life to help support me. I have learned you can find meaning on the other end of life’s challenges. This is why I started Tous Truthful Counseling.

I feel that each one of us is put here with a purpose from God and I feel this is my purpose, to share his word and counsel people who are struggling. I experience my own hardships which drove me to seek help. That exposure to therapy turned into my passion of becoming a therapist. I am happy to share my story because I feel you have to share a little bit of you to get others to share a little about them.

I attended Concordia University Irvine where I completed my Bachelors degree in Behavioral Sciences with a minor in Sociology. Next, I attended Hope International University to complete my Masters Degree in Marriage and Family therapy. I plan to pursue a doctorate degree in the future.
My Approach
My approach to therapy is to use multiple techniques from cognitive behavioral therapy, solution focused therapy, and trauma focused therapy. I am trained in EMDR. I have learned that staying in the here and now allows clients to use the past as a road map for how they want their future to look.
I take so much pride in my work and clients. I truly love what I do and I am genuine and authentic in my approaches. I will support you in your abilities to create your own authentic self. I pray for all of my clients and have been blessed by Jesus with the gifts he has given me. I am so excited to start this journey with each and everyone of you!
